WHAT IS IMPORTANT THIS YEAR? START TIMES?

When you sign up, you can sign up for whichever heat you'd like. However, each heat, will have a % next to it which references to how FULL the heat is. If you are planning to sign up with friends that are on another team and haven't signed up yet, it's not recommended to sign up for a heat that is 95% full. You're better off signing up for the heat that is 45% full. This way, your lazy friends from a different team will have a better chance of getting into your heat. Please arrive at least two hours prior to your heat. You will be grouped 20 minutes prior to start of your heat.

WHY DO WE HAVE COLORED BIBS?

Depending on the heat you are in, you will have a colored bib!! This way, if you are supposed to run at 10:20am, the color of your bib will tell you and us if you are in the right heat.

You will not be permitted to run in any other heat except for the one that matches your colored bib. No Exceptions! This is for your safety as well as the safety of others!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE DELAWARE MUD RUN?

WHAT DOES A CAPTAIN DO?

Captains are in charge of their team. They do it all, from pick the name of the team to register all the members. First, they must ensure all team members register prior to September 8thwhen registration closes. They also accept the responsibility of paying for your team and inviting three friends to join. The captain is also the only one who can purchase Preferred Parking Passes, limit 2 per team! If you must make a substitution for one of you teammates, please do so by May 31st to avoid any last minute confusion for us all!

It is up to you to do the proper training to ensure you are healthy enough to run. It is recommended you check with your doctor before signing up to ensure you are cleared by a trained professional to participate.
