HERE IS THE LATEST, MOST UP-TO-DATE NEWS ON THE DELAWARE MUD RUN.

Captains and Participants, here are the MUST KNOW items between now and Race Day, Sunday, September 25, 2011.

The gates at Frightland will be open at 7am tomorrow, Sunday. We will be doing packet pickup until 8am at the lastest! So you must show up and get in line as close to 7am as possible.

  • Starting Wave – Click Here to download a spreadsheet to find your starting wave
  • For participants under 18, download the waiver here, sign it, and bring it to packet pickup.
  • LiQuid A to play at the DE Mud Run – Details
  • There is no loitering or tailgating in the general parking area. If you would like to tailgate you must purchase a Preferred Parking pass. Captains can purchase Preferred Parking passes by logging into their account from the LOGIN tab on the left.

Sunday’s quick agenda of events:

7am – Gates Open

7am-9:15am
Visit with Vendors
DJ Smooth will be playing
The Fun Department and Nat Measley will be our Master of Ceremonies

9:15am -9:30am
Begin to make your way to the infield for opening ceremonies

9:30am – 12:30 pm (approximately)
Opening Ceremonies and then we GET MUDDY

Gates close at 3pm

 

LiQuid A goes on the Preferred Parking Stage - 3 Sets

 

Packet Pick-Up Schedule - all packet pickups will be held at Blue Diamond Park

Wed., 9/21 - 4pm - 8pm

Fri., 9/23 - Noon - 8pm

Sat., 9/24 - 9am - 1pm

Parking

Preferred Parking will give you a Preferred Entrance and Exit the day of the event. You will only be permitted to tailgate in the Preferred Parking area. These Preferred Parking passes will be included in your Race Packet, locations to be announced.

Participants: Team captains are the only participants who can purchase Preferred Parking Passes for $50 each, limit 2. These passes can also be purchased when captains register their teams or under the Captains Link for Manage Your Team.
